Kullanim Kosullari

Bu Kosullar, VetDosage mobil uygulamasini indirmeniz ve kullanmaniz icin gecerlidir. Uygulamayi kullanarak bu kosullari, Gizlilik Politikasi'ni ve Apple Standard EULA'sini kabul etmis olursunuz.
1. Hizmetin Kapsami
- VetDosage, veteriner hekimler ve profesyonel gozetim altindaki veterinerlik ogrencileri icin referans ve klinik karar destek amaciyla sunulur.
- Uygulamadaki bilgiler ilac ruhsatnamesi, prospektus, SmPC veya vaka bazli klinik degerlendirme yerine gecmez.
- Klinik karar, tedavi plani ve nihai doz sorumlulugu her zaman uygulamayi kullanan veteriner hekime aittir.
2. Erisim ve Ucretlendirme
- VetDosage belirli donemlerde tum kullanicilar icin ucretsiz lansman erisimi sunabilir.
- Ucretsiz lansman doneminde satin alma akisi kapali olabilir veya sadece bilgilendirme modunda gorunebilir.
- Ucretli doneme gecis planlanirsa, uygulama kullaniciya onceden bildirim gosterebilir.
- Abonelikler etkinlestirildiginde odeme ancak kullanicinin acik satin alma onayindan sonra baslar.
- Aktif auto-renewable aboneliklerde faturalama, yenileme, iptal ve iade surecleri Apple tarafindan yonetilir.

Ucretsiz lansman donemi tek basina faturalama baslatmaz. Faturalama yalnizca ucretli erisim etkinlestirildiginde ve kullanici satin almayi onayladiginda baslar.
3. Veri Isleme Ozeti
- Kimlik dogrulama: Supabase uzerinden e-posta / Apple / Google girisi
- Analytics: Hesapla iliskili sinirli uygulama olaylari
- Abonelik: RevenueCat ve Apple, yalnizca ticari akis aktif oldugunda
- Silme talebi: Uygulama ici hesap silme veya vetdoseapp@gmail.com
4. Kullanici Sorumluluklari
- Uygulamayi yalnizca yasal amaclarla kullanacaksiniz.
- Uygulamanin tersine muhendisligini, kaynak kodunu cikarmayi veya sistemi kotuye kullanmayi denemeyeceksiniz.
- Hesaplanan her doz ve referans bilgisini uygulamadan once birincil kaynaklarla dogrulayacaksiniz.
- Uygulamadaki verileri yetkisiz ticari kopyalama veya yeniden dagitma amaciyla kullanmayacaksiniz.
5. Garanti Reddi ve Sorumluluk Siniri
Uygulama "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Acik veya zimni garanti verilmez.
VetDosage tibbi tani, recete veya tedavi talimati vermez. Gelistirici, uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanilarak alinan klinik kararlardan dogan dogrudan veya dolayli zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Fikri Mulkiyet ve Uygulanacak Hukuk
- Kaynak kodu, veritabani yapisi, marka ve icerik dahil tum fikri mulkiyet haklari gelistiriciye aittir.
- Bu kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyusmazliklarda Istanbul Mahkemeleri ve Icra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms govern your use of the VetDosage mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard EULA.
1. Scope of Service
- VetDosage is provided as a veterinary reference and clinical decision-support tool for professionals and veterinary students under professional supervision.
- The information in the app does not replace product labels, SmPC documents, or case-specific clinical judgment.
- Clinical decisions, treatment plans, and final dosage responsibility always remain with the veterinarian using the app.
2. Access and Billing
- VetDosage may offer a temporary free-launch period with access for all users.
- During the free-launch period, the purchase flow may be disabled or shown only in informational mode.
- If a paid transition is planned, the app may provide advance notice in-app.
- When subscriptions are enabled, billing starts only after the user explicitly confirms a purchase.
- For active auto-renewable subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple.

A free-launch period does not trigger Apple billing by itself. Billing begins only after paid access is enabled and the user confirms a purchase.
3. Data Handling Summary
- Authentication: email / Apple / Google sign-in through Supabase
- Analytics: limited account-linked app events
- Subscriptions: RevenueCat and Apple only when the commercial flow is active
- Deletion requests: in-app account deletion or vetdoseapp@gmail.com
4. User Responsibilities
- You will use the app only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract source code from, or misuse the app.
- You will independently verify each calculated dose and reference detail against primary sources before administration.
- You will not commercially copy, republish, or redistribute the app's data without authorization.
5. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.
VetDosage does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment instructions. The developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from clinical decisions made using information in the app.
6. Intellectual Property and Governing Law
- All intellectual property rights, including source code, database structure, brand, and content, belong to the developer.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
