Hesap ve Veri Silme

Uygulama icinden: Ayarlar → Hesabi Sil. Islem geri alinamaz.

Web uzerinden: Hesabinizin e-posta adresinden vetdoseapp@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gonderin. Talepler 3 is gunu icinde yanitlanir.

Silinen veriler: hesabiniz, e-posta adresiniz, klinik profiliniz (klinik adi, adres, telefon, hekim adi, diploma no) ve sunucuya yedeklenmis recete kayitlariniz (hasta ve hayvan sahibi bilgileri dahil).

Saklanan veriler: yasal yukumluluk geregi tutulmasi gereken kayitlar ve kimlige bagli olmayan toplu kullanim istatistikleri.

          Uygulamayi cihazdan kaldirmak yalnizca yerel kopyalari siler. Sunucudaki kayitlar icin yukaridaki iki yoldan birini kullanin.

Account & Data Deletion

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This cannot be undone.

On the web: email vetdoseapp@gmail.com from your account address with the subject "Account deletion request". Requests are answered within 3 business days.

Deleted: your account, email address, clinic profile (clinic name, address, phone, veterinarian name, licence number) and any prescriptions backed up to the server, including patient and owner details.

Retained: records required by law and aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

          Uninstalling the app only removes local copies. Use one of the two routes above for server-side records.
