VetDosage, veteriner profesyonelleri ve profesyonel gozetim altindaki veterinerlik ogrencileri icin gelistirilmis bir referans ve klinik karar destek uygulamasidir.
Uygulama reklam izleme amacli veri toplamaz. Kullaniciya bagli veriler yalnizca hesap, erisim, destek ve urun iyilestirme amaclariyla islenir.
1. Toplanan Veriler
- E-posta adresi ve hesap kimligi: E-posta ile giris veya secilen giris saglayicisinin kimlik bilgisi (Apple / Google, kullanildigi yerde) islenir.
- Oturum ve profil verileri: Supabase uzerinde hesap kimligi, oturum bilgisi, locale tercihi ve hesapla iliskili temel profil alanlari tutulur.
- Uygulama kullanim olaylari: Uygulamayi iyilestirmek icin sinirli analytics olaylari tutulabilir. Buna ornek olarak uygulama acilisi, modul acilisi, paywall goruntuleme ve platform / locale bilgisi dahildir.
- Yerel cihaz verileri: Ilac veritabani onbellekleri ve bazi tercihler cihazda saklanir.
- Satin alma ve abonelik kayitlari: Ticari akis aktif oldugunda RevenueCat entitlement dogrulamasi yapar; odeme, iade ve abonelik yonetimi Apple tarafindan islenir.
2. Verileri Neden Isliyoruz
- Kimlik dogrulama, oturum guvenligi ve hesap kurtarma
- Sunucu tarafinda erisim kurallari, ucretsiz lansman ayarlari ve gerekirse kota mantiginin uygulanmasi
- Destek taleplerinin yonetimi, hata analizi ve temel urun iyilestirme
- Sahtecilik, kotuye kullanim ve hizmet suistimalini onleme
- Yasal yukumluluklerin yerine getirilmesi
3. Hizmet Saglayicilar ve Ucuncu Taraflar
- Supabase: Kimlik dogrulama, veritabani ve edge function altyapisi icin kullanilir.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, odeme, iade ve abonelik yonetimi icin kullanilir. Apple Gizlilik Politikasi
- Google: Google ile giris secenegi kullanildiginda kimlik dogrulama saglar. Google Privacy Policy

4. Saklama ve Silme
- Cihazdaki yerel veriler, uygulama kaldirildiginda silinir.
- Supabase uzerindeki hesapla bagli veriler, hesap silinene kadar veya makul operasyonel / yasal saklama suresi boyunca tutulur.
- Hesap silme talebi uygulama icinden veya destek e-postasi uzerinden iletilebilir.
- Apple ve RevenueCat tarafindaki odeme / abonelik kayitlari kendi saklama politikalarina tabidir.
5. Haklariniz
KVKK ve uygulanabilir diger veri koruma duzenlemeleri kapsaminda asagidaki haklara sahip olabilirsiniz:
- Hangi verilerinizin islendigi konusunda bilgi alma
- Yanlis veya eksik verilerin duzeltilmesini isteme
- Silme veya anonimlestirme talebinde bulunma
- Veri isleme faaliyetine itiraz etme veya sinirlama isteme

6. Guvenlik ve Klinik Sorumluluk
Kimlik dogrulama ve veri iletimi, kullandigimiz altyapi saglayicilarinin guvenli iletim mekanizmalari uzerinden gerceklesir.
VetDosage klinik karari otomatik vermez. Nihai tedavi sorumlulugu lisansli veteriner hekime aittir.

VetDosage is a veterinary reference and clinical decision-support app for professionals and veterinary students under professional supervision.
The app does not collect data for advertising tracking. User-linked data is processed only for account access, support, and product improvement.
1. Data We Collect
- Email address and account identifier: The app processes your email address or the identifier returned by your selected sign-in provider (Apple / Google, where available).
- Session and profile data: Supabase stores account identity, session data, locale preference, and basic profile fields tied to the account.
- App usage events: Limited analytics events may be recorded to improve the product, including app opens, module opens, paywall views, platform, and locale.
- Local device data: Drug database caches and some preferences are stored on the device.
- Purchase and subscription records: When the commercial flow is active, RevenueCat handles entitlement validation while Apple handles billing, refunds, and subscription management.
2. Why We Use the Data
- Authentication, session security, and account recovery
- Server-side enforcement of access rules, free-launch settings, and quota logic when enabled
- Support handling, error analysis, and basic product improvement
- Prevention of fraud, abuse, and misuse of the service
- Compliance with legal obligations
3. Service Providers and Third Parties
- Supabase: Used for authentication, database, and edge function infrastructure.
- Apple: Used for Sign in with Apple, billing, refunds, and subscription management. Apple Privacy Policy

- RevenueCat: Used for entitlement validation and subscription state when the commercial flow is active. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
4. Retention and Deletion
- Local device data is removed when the app is uninstalled.
- Account-linked Supabase data is retained until account deletion or for a reasonable operational / legal retention period.
- Account deletion can be requested from within the app or via support email.
- Apple and RevenueCat billing / subscription records remain subject to their own retention policies.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, including the GDPR and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to the data processed about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion or anonymization
- Object to or restrict processing in certain situations

6. Security and Clinical Responsibility
Authentication and data transmission rely on the secure transport mechanisms of the infrastructure providers we use.
VetDosage does not replace clinical judgment. Final treatment responsibility remains with the licensed veterinarian.
